VÄV magazine / TB Ignell AB’s Integrity Policy

From 25 May 2018, the EU’s new data protection rules apply, abbreviated  to GDPR. The Universal Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 requires data protection officers to ensure that sufficient guarantees are given to the individual user and to take the technical and organizational measures required for the secure processing of data.
As a company that protects privacy issues, we have developed a privacy policy to help you understand what data we collect, what we use this data for and how to exercise your rights at VÄVmagasinet / TB Ignell AB. This privacy policy is thus intended to ensure that we treat personal data that belongs to our users in accordance with the user’s instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Collection of information and tracking

When you visit our site

VÄV magazine / TB Ignell AB uses Google Analytics and cookies to improve our service, usability, and analysis of how the site is used. Apart from the IP address, the information that Google Analytics collects consists mostly of traffic data such as browser information, device, and language. We do not collect other information such as age, gender, interests, bank details or what you click. The collected information is only used to create an overview of how the site is used. The information is not used for anything else, for example, to see who visits the site.

When you contact us

Orders and subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe to the magazine VÄVmagasinet or order goods via our website, by e-mail, phone or mail, your personal information will be registered in our subscription system. Categories of personal data are name, e-mail address, address, phone number. We are not currently saving email addresses in our subscription system, but we reserve the right to do so in future, for example, for sending newsletters.
These will then be designed in such a way that it is easy to unsubscribe to the newsletter.
All personal data will be deleted when no longer needed, no later than 2 years after your order or after the subscription has ended.

Information security

VÄV magazine / TB Ignell AB is careful about the security of personal information. When we collect information about you, we also ensure that the information is protected against unauthorized access, loss, manipulation, forgery, destruction or unauthorized disclosure. This is done through appropriate technical and organizational measures. Only a limited number of employees have access to specific personal information and we always correct information that we know is incorrect.

Access to information

You are entitled to request an extract of the personal data held by us that applies to you. You can do this by contacting us at info@vavmagasinet.se. We will make sure you get a copy of the information we have about you. In order to do this safely, we can ask you to verify your identity. We will send the information digitally to you, unless you request otherwise.

Correction and deletion of information

If you believe the information we have stored about you is incorrect, please contact us so that we can update it. Information we no longer require will be deleted. If at any time you do not want us to store your information any more, please contact us.

Links to other sites

Our privacy policy applies to our services on our website, vavmagasinet.se. Our site does not contain any dynamic ads or the like. However, there are direct links to our advertisers in the VÄV magazine, and also links to other sites that we think will be of interest to our readers. When you choose to visit these, our privacy policy is no longer valid and we are not responsible for any processing of your personal information as a result of your visit to a third-party website.


We reserve the right to make changes to our privacy policy and review the content regularly in order to continually improve it. We will not reduce your rights listed here without requesting approval of the changes. Any changes to our privacy policy can be found on our website.


By law, we may collect limited information about you in order to improve our services.
